First produced in London in 1919, blending the finest honeys from around the world, it comes in a distinctive hive-shaped jar, and even a choice of varieties:

  • Gale's Traditional Clear Honey: a delicious natural sweetener, so versatile you can use it for cooking, pour over any cereal, or simply enjoy it on toast.
  • Gale's Traditional Set Honey: great on toast but, for the more adventurous, try it in salad dressings, or as a relief from sore throats in a hot drink.
  • Gale's Lemon Curd: rich and smooth in texture, with the citrus zest of whole lemons.
